Creating compelling offers is key to attracting clients on HomeRender. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up your first service offer and make it stand out.
The number of active offers you can have depends on your talent level:
New Talent: Up to 4 active offers
Level 1 Talent: Up to 10 active offers
Level 2 Talent: Up to 20 active offers
Top Rated Talent: Up to 30 active offers
If you attempt to create a new offer after reaching your limit, you will be notified that you've reached the maximum number. To create additional offers, you'll need to delete existing ones.
Log in to your HomeRender account -> Switch to Selling mode -> My Business -> Offers
Alternatively: Click My Profile -> Create a New Offer
Offer title
Create a clear, descriptive title that starts with "I will..." so clients immediately understand your service.
Example: "I will create photorealistic 3D renders of your interior design"
Category and service type
Select the appropriate category and subcategory for your offer from the drop-down menu. Choose carefully as you won't be able to change your offer's category after it's published.
Offer metadata
To categorize your offer, add up to 5 words or phrases that best describe your service.
Search tags
For better search results, add up to 5 relevant tags that describe your offer. These should be keywords potential clients might use when searching for services like yours.
Packages
You can offer up to three packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) to give clients different options. This helps clients compare and choose the package that fits their needs and budget.
Set a delivery time for each package using the dropdown menu to select the number of days it will take for you to perform your service.
Revisions
All talent must offer clients the option to request revisions. Select the number of revisions you'll include in each package. Additional revisions are recommended for offers involving customization or subjective feedback.
Price
Prices for offers are set in US dollars (USD). The starting price for an offer can be $5, though some categories may have a higher minimum.
Description
Write a clear description of your offer (up to 1,200 characters), providing enough detail so clients can determine if it meets their needs. Outline what's included, your process, and the value you provide.
Milestones
For larger projects, you can break your work into manageable parts with milestones.
FAQ
Add answers to common questions (limit of 10 FAQs). This helps reduce direct inquiries and shows clients you're professional and thorough. Consider including questions about delivery time, revisions, and specific features of your service.
This is where you ask clients for information you need to begin their order. You can choose which information is mandatory by marking questions as "Required."
For design services, consider asking for:
Images
To be published, offers must have at least one image uploaded and up to three. Only use images you own—no copyrighted or internet-sourced content. Images should be samples of your work.
Recommended size: 1280px x 769px (at 72 DPI).
Minimum size: 712px x 430px (at 72 DPI).
Videos
Videos are highly recommended for design services, especially for 3D rendering and animation offers. The video thumbnail will take priority and be displayed before any offer images.
Video length: 20-60 seconds long.
File size: under 50 MB.
Documents
Upload up to two PDFs to show the work you've created in documents. This is optional but recommended for portfolios or detailed examples.
Once you've completed all the sections above, click the "Publish Offer" button. Your offer will undergo an automatic review to ensure it meets HomeRender's guidelines. If there are any issues, you'll receive specific instructions on what needs to be edited before resubmission.
