What can be appealed

Account suspension

30 days from action date

Temporary or permanent account restrictions

Valid grounds for appeal:

  • You believe the violation did not occur
  • The action was taken in error
  • You have new evidence to present
  • The penalty was too severe for the violation

Content removal

14 days from removal date

Removal of offers, portfolio items, or messages

Valid grounds for appeal:

  • Content was removed in error
  • You have rights to use the content
  • Content complies with our policies
  • You can provide additional context

Payment holds

30 days from hold date

Withholding of payments or earnings

Valid grounds for appeal:

  • Payment was held in error
  • You have fulfilled all requirements
